About Tarrah Cattery
My cattery was started in 1988 in Connecticut with my daughter Nancy.  The Traditional Balinese was and still is my cat of choice.  We moved to Ohio and continued breeding the Balinese for several years until our first Rhett passed away.  I then became a member of TCA (The Traditional Cat Association) and had the opportunity to breed the Traditional Siamese.  Nancy graduated and moved away and purchased two Bengals.

I then fell in love with that breed as well!! I have a small cattery.  My love of Gone With the Wind spun into my cattery name and its character's names to all my Siamese breeders.

   TARRAH  CATTERY TONKINESE

Our Tonkinese kittens are bred the old fashioned way.  Siamese to Burmese.  They are TCA registered.  We  are breeding  "old style" colors, long gone.
Cream, Red and Tortie.  My experience with the breed is that it is a combination of  the best of both breeds.  The cream points always seem to have the sweetest purrsonalities.  Our future queen will produce the recognized colors.
